Change is the only constant in recruitment, and the pace of change is especially intense for Recruitment Marketing. As RM professionals we try to keep up not only with hiring peaks and troughs, candidate expectations and the talent tech space but also marketing, content and channel trends.
Looking ahead to 2025 we know we can’t possibly foresee everything, but what trends can we predict? Where might we be spending our time, attention and budgets next year?
We ask the professionals.
Firstly, Steven Ehrlich of Radancy brings his agency side viewpoint from supporting enterprise-level clients around the world along every step of the candidate journey. He’s joined by in-house experts Erik Rivas, Head of EB and RM at Police Now, and previously of Beamery and Grant Thornton, and Charu Malhotra, Global employer branding & employee communications leader.
Join us to get ahead for 2025.
Steven Ehrlich
SVP, Global Community Engagement, Radancy
Passionate. Energetic. Inquisitive. Caffeinated. Those are just a few words that begin to describe Steve.
Steve works across global markets to help companies develop strategies to attract the talent they need to drive growth. Never one to embrace the status quo, Steve is constantly challenging those around him to seek new ways to engage with talent, improve the candidate experience, and implement innovative technology solutions.
Spend just five minutes in his company and you’ll catch a dose of Steve’s infectious enthusiasm for technology and brand storytelling. Splitting his time between London and New York, Steve works closely with customers and Talent Acquisition leaders around the world to foster community and build connections, and to explore, develop and implement strategic initiatives leveraging SaaS talent acquisition technology, social media, and innovative employer brand delivery channels.
Steve doesn’t do things by halves. He has a small collection of more than 5,000 toy airplanes and is a modest fan of Bruce Springsteen, attending 139 Springsteen shows (so far) all across the globe. His dream is to buy The Boss a beer.
