Emma started her career in the graduate events space with AMS before moving to Citi as a Campus Relationship Manager, continuing to focus on Early Careers by then leading university relations and marketing strategy for Graduate Recruitment across EMEA. 12 years later she's now leading a newly formed Global team responsible for all activities related to Talent Attraction and diversity effectiveness.

Jayne has over 30 years of recruitment marketing experience having launched the Early Careers teams at both ThirtyThree and TMP; building market leading teams supporting a wide range of clients including Lloyds Banking Group, KPMG and the Civil Service. Over the past 5 years Jayne has been running her own independent strategy consultancy primarily in the Early Careers space. Jayne is also a consultant as part of the Pinstripe + Leopard freelance collective working to support organisations with agency-quality research insights, strategy and creative expressions.
