Are you a woman in Tech? We want to hear from you! ✨

Did you know that 78% of students can’t name a famous female working in Technology? According to studies, over a quarter of females are put off a career in tech as they’re scared it’s too male-dominated. We want to change this.

For our latest video project, we are inviting women who work, or have had a career in tech to tell their story. We want to inspire the younger generation to consider a job in the technology sector, and to be aware of all the opportunities available to them there.

Women of colour in the tech industry are also highly underrepresented, with only a shocking 3% of computing-related jobs are held by African-American women, 6% held by Asian women, and 2% held by Hispanic women.

We strongly believe that gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace is essential to keep innovating and pushing to make build products and better companies. However, when we talk about women in tech, we want to amplify the voices of ALL women in Tech, including the voices of ethnic minorities 🚀

So what are you waiting for? If you are a woman working within the technology industry, we want to hear from you! Click the link below to contribute to the video project, share your story, and help us educate and inspire young women who are thinking about their future.
