Benefit, the world-known cosmetic and beauty brand, chose Seenit, the innovative British start-up, as a partner in its digital expansion.
Initially founded as a beauty boutique in San Francisco in 1976 by sisters Jean and Jane Ford, Benefit became an empire reaching 30 countries. This highly prestigious beauty brand even has its own bath and boudoir line, Bathina, and a boutique specializing in brow shaping. Acquired by LVMH in 1999, it still keeps growing at a fast pace.
Seenit makes it easier to direct and collect videos from connected devices and communicate with clients. In partnership with Seenit, Benefit will use its innovative platform to create short videos to be distributed online, mainly on the social media channels. Seenit will present the best possible way to showcase products, tips and tricks on beauty and cosmetics – through video.
Michelle Stoodley, Digital Manager UK & Ireland, Benefit Cosmetics, said:
“We are delighted to find a new way to expand our digital strategy. Seenit offers a unique product that will help us grow our presence through our social channels and beyond. We are looking forward to working together”
Other judges also liked the whole idea of putting the fans’ at the core of live broadcasting and the way we implemented it.
