What is this project about?
Hiring can be stressful for candidates so we’d like to create a short video showcasing our recruitment process so that candidates have a good idea what to expect at each step. We feel it's important for candidates to feel comfortable so they can put their best foot forward!
What do I need to do?
We’ve created a list of questions for you to answer about the different stages of the hiring process. We're asking employees from different teams within HR and other key stakeholders to share some insight. Try to keep it positive, friendly and approachable - we want this video to reflect the fantastic personalities of the people candidates will interact with throughout the recruitment process.
How do I upload?
This is the Seenit platform that we'll be using to film, upload and edit your clips. There is a list of questions below called "Scenes" - select the scene with your job title included and film your answer.
What next?
We will use the uploads received to create a recruitment process video for potential candidates to view on our careers page!
