A "Get to Know Your New Manager" video is a fun way for the team to introduce themselves and ask questions before the manager officially joins. It helps break the ice and start building that connection early, making things feel a lot smoother for everyone.

The team can share a little about who they are, what they do, and ask any burning questions they might have. Plus, it gives the new manager a head start on getting to know the team dynamic. It’s a great way to create a welcoming, open vibe right from the start!

NB: This is a great project to run in conjunction with the "Meet your new manager" template. Run this one first, then share it with the manager and give them an opportunity to address the questions ad points shared in their intro video.

What is this project about?
We’re delighted that you’re getting to know your new manager, [New Manager's name]. As part of the welcoming process, we’d like you to have the opportunity to interview them with a burning question or two!

What do I need to do?
We have created some guiding questions below for you to use in your video, however you can use these as a jumping off point or ask questions that you really want answers to.

How do I upload?
This is the Seenit platform that we'll be using to film, upload and edit your clips. There is a list of filming instructions below called "Scenes" so please capture 1 or more clips for each Scene answering the relevant questions.

What next?
We will use the uploads received to create a video that we'll share with your new manager before they start. They will then have the opportunity to record a video answering your questions.
