International Women's Day 2019 at Seenit #BalanceForBetter

Balance for better is about building gender equality into the fabric of society- not just the working world. Removing systemic biases that disadvantage women and young girls across everything from health to education.

Layer gender with other minority characteristics and the challenges are amplified. Let’s promote and embody balance. Alternative thinking and open minds in our businesses, in our homes and in society.

International women’s day simply puts a spotlight on the progress so far and the progress yet to be made. But, let’s continue with this energy to improve the #balanceforbetter
